Resiliency – Skills for Bouncing Back from Difficult Times is a virtual workshop. Resiliency- the ability to bounce back and adapt to adversity- is a skill anyone can develop or improve. As we approach the 2nd anniversary of the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us are striving to increase our resiliency. This workshop will help you build your bounce-back skills.
Join us for this workshop where you will:
- Learn the six components of resiliency and how each shows up in you and your life.
- Gain knowledge of your roadblocks to resiliency and how you might overcome them.
- Understand what contributes to a resilient attitude and the internal and external protective factors of resilience.
