Forest Bathing Together, Remotely
If you are looking for an opportunity to connect to nature and can’t go on an in-person walk with me in Long Island, look no further! Connecting to nature is so essential to our wellbeing- for healing and respite. Exposure to nature has been shown to help with stress, anxiety, and depression. That’s why I have designed this experience: A 1-2 hour virtual forest bathing experience to do wherever you are.
Participate and interact with me while out in nature with your mobile device wherever there is cell reception/wifi. Participate and interact with me and nature from your laptop or mobile device while I broadcast LIVE from the forests of Long Island.
*Please dress appropriately for the weather and use common sense to be safe in your environment. Consider bringing a small mat, bag, or cushion to sit on and a thermos with tea- optional.
