Finding Your Strengths: One cannot build on weaknesses but must build on their strengths. This workshop will help you identify and maximize your strengths. By focusing on our strengths, rather than our difficulties, research shows that we can increase our likelihood to experience growth from difficult circumstances by increasing self-esteem, inducing hope, and providing energy for motivation. By achieving optimal use of your strengths (not under or over-using them), you can make the most of your strengths as a tool for achieving wellness and success.
