Enjoy a Nature Therapy Walk at Cedar Beach. As the days get longer and warmer, give yourself the gift of rest and restoration while taking in the healing benefits of nature. Enjoy the scenic Long Island Sound as we take in the beach and dunes. Unlike hiking, birding, or nature education, in nature therapy, you are invited to slow down, engage your senses, and have a direct experience with nature. Trail/accessibility information: The area we will use during our Nature Therapy Walk at Cedar Beach will include pebble-lined shoreline, sandy dunes and paved trail. Underfoot may be uneven at times, and is flat without hills or climbs. The conditions of the trails will vary from season to season and day to day. In late winter expect mud, and possibly some lingering ice and snow. Dress in warm layers and warm, waterproof footwear.
