Self-Compassion- The Path from Self-Neglect to Self-Care- NOW VIRTUAL!

Do you criticize yourself in the hopes that it will motivate you to change or achieve your goals? We may think this will work, but just the opposite is true! We are more likely to move beyond negative habits and have better relationships when we practice self-compassion. Self-compassion also helps improve our physical and emotional health and achieve our goals.
Join us for a workshop where you will:
- Understand the three components of self-compassion and how it contributes to health and wellbeing.
- Become aware of the “inner-critic” and how to spot self-criticism in your inner dialogue.
- Understand the origins and motives of the inner-critic and why criticizing the inner-critic doesn’t work.
- Practice responding to yourself with compassion and brainstorm self-care strategies.
This workshop is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis with a suggested donation of $25.
