Intention setting for the New Year: Who will you be? When setting intentions for the new year it is easy to put the cart before the horse and start resolving to do, or not do, certain things. In this virtual workshop, we will first explore what we really hope to become this year. Perhaps more loving, more responsible, or more relaxed. Then we will use that as the base for setting goals that really matter. Goals that matter are easier to achieve because there is stronger motivation to follow through.
