Coaching is a powerful, collaborative relationship that helps you focus and realize your visions and goals. With a Professional Coach, you will get the tools and support to remove obstacles and facilitate change.

How is coaching done?
Typically, individual coaching is done by telephone, 45-minute sessions weekly. To create profound changes in your life, we ask for a month-by-month commitment.
Is coaching therapy?
No, coaching is not therapy. You will find that coaching focuses on strategic planning and personal growth and does not attempt to heal emotional trauma. Coaches regularly refer clients to other professionals for issues that are better suited to a therapeutic relationship.
What is a typical session like?
The hallmark of coaching is self-responsibility. The client sets the agenda for the call and the coach follows that agenda. You can expect powerful and clarifying questions, focused and fine-tuned planning tools, and accountability. As your coach, I’ll have high expectations of you and support you thoroughly.
What is my investment?
In the exploratory coaching session (and before you agree to coaching), Susan will share her coaching fee with you. Susan has a standard fee for private coaching which the majority of clients pay.
Susan is committed to making her coaching accessible to people who genuinely want to get in touch with their innermost self and make significant changes in their life – regardless of income. She sets aside a number of regular coaching appointments for clients on a limited income, at a rate that acknowledges the client’s ability to pay and the experience and expertise she brings as coach (with a stretch that honors the commitment to coaching).
How do I get started?
It’s easy. Call me to arrange an exploratory session, and we’ll talk about your goals and whether coaching is right for you. If the chemistry is right, and you decide you want to move on to the next step, we’ll get out our calendars and schedule your first session. A couple of days later, you’ll receive your “Welcome to Coaching” package which includes some self-assessment and planning tools. And that’s just the beginning!

During this free sixty-minute transformative coaching session, you can:
- Discuss your goals and intentions for working with a coach.
- Ask me questions and hear about how I work.
- Explore whether working with me would meet your needs, and if not
get some ideas about how else to reach your goals.
- Decide what your next steps will be!
